CANELCO BREAKS AWAY FROM SAVCOR OY
Trimble, a company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange, has acquired the global forest business of Savcor Oy by buying the company’s entire share capital. At the same time, Trimble also acquired the cloud service based business of Silvadata Oy.
The funds managed by Canelco gained ownership of Savcor in 2015. Savcor Oy has the turnover of around EUR 11.3 million and the company has 110 employees. The company’s domicile is in Mikkeli, Finland. The company also has subsidiaries in Germany, Canada, the United States and Brazil.
