ITÄ-SUOMEN RAHASTO OY AND INDEKON OY MERGED AS SAIMAA CAPITAL OY ON 31 December 2014
The change will have no effects on the companies’ agreements; all of the companies’ obligations and responsibilities will remain as previously. The companies will retain their old names as auxiliary company names. Saimaa Capital Oy will continue the business activities of the merged companies by continuing to make investments in SMEs. Canelco Capital Oy will be in charge of the management of Saimaa Capital Oy and was also the management company for Itä-Suomen Rahasto Oy. Mikko Kuparinen, the CEO of Canelco Capital Oy, will also be the CEO of Saimaa Capital Oy.
