Elcoline Group has finalized the acquisition of SSG Sahala
Elcoline Group and SSG Sahala have finalized the closing of the deal in which Elcoline Group acquired SSG Sahala to become a part of Elcoline Group on 1st of March, 2024. The Finnish authorities gave the permission for the deal as a part of the closing process earlier.
